摘  要:目的探讨采用聚乙烯安瓿对提高护理工作效率的效果。方法分别开启1350支10%氯化钾聚乙烯安瓿和1350支10%氯化钾玻璃安瓿,观察开启造成的不溶性微粒数、药品破损率、锐器刺伤人次以及耗材和耗时成本。结果聚乙烯安瓿产生的微粒数低于玻璃安瓿(P<0.01),开启聚乙烯安瓿护士操作时间减少、耗材成本降低(P<0.01),且聚乙烯安瓿不会导致锐器伤事件。结论采用聚乙烯安瓿可以降低输液微粒污染,提高患者用药安全性及护士操作安全性,降低药品破损率和护理成本,提高护理工作效率。Objective To explore the effect of using polyethylene ampoule to improve the efficiency nurs- ing work. Methods To compare the difference of insoluble particle number, drug damage rate structure, sharp stab person-time and consumables and time-consuming cost caused by opening different material ampoule,1350 polyethylene ampoule and 1350 glass ampoule were respectively opened to collect the related data. Results The insoluble particle number produced by polyethylene ampoule was less than by glass one (P^0.05) ; the operation time and material cost by opening polyethylene ampoule were relatively reduced (P^0.01). Meanwhile,there weren't any sharp injury cases led by polyethylene ampoule break. Conclu- sion The use of polyethylene ampoule can reduce infusion particle contamination, improve patient's medication safety and nurse safety operation,reduce drug damage rate and nursing cost, and improve the efficiency of nursing work.
