摘　　要：目的探讨干燥无菌持物镊在气管切开患者护理中的应用价值。方法 2011年1月至2012年12月,比较气管切开患者护理中使用湿式和干燥无菌持物镊的操作时长、更换频次、消耗成本及护士无菌操作合格率。并对医护人员、患者及家属进行针对使用干燥无菌持物镊的满意度调查。结果使用湿式和干燥无菌持物镊的操作时长、消耗成本及无菌操作合格率的差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论干燥无菌持物镊使用方便,可减轻医护人员的工作量,节省购置消毒剂的费用,值得在气管切开患者护理操作中推广应用。Objective To explore the application values of drying sterile holding forceps in patients with tracheotomy nursing. Methods Time used for tracheotomy care, frequency of change,cost, and pass per- centage of aseptic technique with wet and dry sterile holding forceps were compared. Satisfaction survey for drying sterile holding forceps of patients,family members,and doctors were conducted. Results Operation time, cost and replacement frequency were significantly different between the dry and wet aseptic drying sterile holding forceps （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Drying sterile holding forceps are convienence to use,they can also reduce the workload of medical staff, save the costs of purchase of disinfectants, which calls for further clinical application for patients with tracheotomy.
