县城农民工居住环境调查分析

摘　　要：县城作为中国城镇化推进的重要单元越来越受到重视,县城农民工的居住环境与城镇化的推进紧密相关。对辽宁省五个县城调研发现,以县城农民工居住环境为调研数据,采用县城人均GDP和人口密度两个指标衡量县城差异,采用居住质量、人均居住面积和邻居类型三个指标测度居住环境,运用最小二乘法模型和Mlogit模型对其进行回归分析,结果发现:县城经济实力越强,农民工居住质量越好、人均居住面积越大、同市民混居的概率越大;县城人口密度越大,农民工居住质量越差、人均居住面积越小、同乡聚居的概率越大。因此,在发展经济的同时县城应注意人口密度扩张的强度,保障和改善农民工在县城务工的居住环境。As an important unit of urbanization, Chinese county towns are attracting increasingly more attention. The living environment of migrant workers in county towns is closely related to the current urbanization. A survey research into five county towns in Liaoning Province shows that different county towns have different influences on migrant workers living environment. Based on survey data, two indexes from per capita GDP and Population Density are used to measure the difference between county towns; three indexes are used to measure living environment： dwelling quality, per capita living space and neighbor type; and the OLS regression model and the Mlogit regression model are applied to analysis of the migrant workers＂ living environment. The results show that the stronger the economy of county towns, the better the dwelling quality, the bigger per capita living space, and the higher the probability for the migrant workers to mix with county town residents as neighbors. Equally, the bigger the density of population in a county town, the worse the dwelling quality of migrant workers, the smaller per capita living space and the higher the probability for migrant workers from the same village, town or county, etc to live in the same compact community. Thus, much attention should be paid to the balance between economic strength and population density to guarantee and improve the dwelling environment of migrant workers working in county towns.
