摘　　要：随着中共中央反腐力度的加大,权力寻租呈现出新载体、新形式和宽领域的特点。从权力寻租的概念入手,即政府部门或个人以公共权力为筹码获取自身利益的非生产性活动,结合权力寻租异化引发的社会热点,如"神木房姐""学术腐败""教育腐败",深刻剖析权力寻租异化的原因,如制度建设缺失、公共资源垄断、社会监督乏力和文化建设滞后等原因,期望为进一步深入研究预防、治理权力腐败提供理论支撑。With the Party central committee intensifying the fight against corruption, the power rent-seeking is beginning to show such characteristics as the carrier and form being newer and the field being wider. Starting from the concept of power rent-seeking, an unproductive activity in which government departments or individuals exchange public power held in their hands for illegal interests, this paper deeply analyzes what have caused the alienation of power rent-seeking, such as the absence of system construction, the monopoly of public resources, the lack of social supervision, the lagged-behind cultural construction, etc., in view of hot social issues sparked by the alienation of power rent-seeking, such as the ＂Real Sister of Shenmu＂ and ＂ educational corruption＂, hoping to provide theoretical supports for further research into corruption prevention and curb.
