摘 要:复杂重大科技工程的核心目标是富国强军,其成功的关键之一是有效的组织管理模式。本文分析了复杂重大科技工程内涵与特点,界定其组织管理模式;继而提炼出影响复杂重大科技工程组织管理模式的核心要素:工程目标、科技实力、经济资源;在此基础上,根据链接方式将复杂重大科技工程组织管理模式分为:基于职权链接和基于职权链接+契约链接两种基本模式;最后,对各管理模式进行对比分析,为工程项目组织管理模式的选择提供参考。The core goal of complex major science and technology project is to make motherland wealthy and army powerful, one of the keys to its success is the effective organization and management mode. In the paper, we analyzed the connotation and characteristics of complex major science and technology project, and defined organization and management mode of complex major science and technology project) secondly, core influencing factors of organization and management mode in complex major science and technology project were refined: engineering goals, science and technology strength and economic resources;On this basis, according to the link way in complex major science and technology project, organization and management mode can be divided into: based on authority link management mode and based on authority link +contract link management mode; Finally, we compared and analyzed these management mode, then we could provided references for the selection of organization and management mode of project.
