摘　　要：创新人才培养模式,改革人才培养体制,提高教育质量是国家十二五教育规划纲要对高等教育提出的要求。集美大学秉承陈嘉庚先生的实科教育理念,遵循"诚毅"校训,近年来,在应用型人才培养模式方面开展了一系列的探索和实践。Construction of practical talents cultivation mode and reform of talents training system, improving the quality of higher education is the request of the National Education Plan for higher education. ＂Sincerity and fortitude＂, the motto of Jimei University formulated by Tan Kah-Kee, is the basis for development of innovative personality. To continue Tan＇ s educational concept, Jimei University started reform of talent cultivation model for train- ing capable and innovative personnel.
