摘　　要：目的了解回国劳务人员疟疾病例输入情况,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法对回国劳务人员不明原因发热者自愿到新疆国际旅行卫生保健中心进行实验室检查和流行病学调查。结果2009-2011年自愿检查17人中,共检出疟疾13例,恶性疟12例,间日疟1例。结论出入境检验检疫机构应加强疟疾疫情监测及口岸检疫查验,及时掌握内外疫情信息,一旦发现疫情,及时采取有效的控制措施,防止输入性疟疾的播散。Objective This article aims to understand situation of imported malaria epidemic among returnee labor, in order to provide seientific basis to prevention and control. Methods Laboratory examination and epidemiological investigation are taken on voluntary returnee labor with unknown cause fever. Results From 2009 to 2011, 17 volunteer has accept the examination. The result shows, a total of 13 people are infected with malaria, in which, 12 cases are with plasmodium falciparum, and 1 case plasmodium vivax. Conclusion The entry -exit in- spection and quarantine institutions should strengthen monitoring of the malaria epidemic and the inspection and quarantine at ports, grasp the epidemic situation abroad timely, take corresponding measures to sudden epidemic, and thus, prevent the spread of malaria.
