摘　　要：目的掌握北疆塔克什肯和吉木乃口岸蝇类种属构成及季节消长,并为蝇类防治和传染病监测提供依据。方法从2012年5月-2012年9月对塔克什肯和吉木乃口岸采用捕蝇笼法进行蝇类调查,将捕获的蝇类带回实验室进行鉴定,对资料进行分析。结果捕获总计5287只蝇类,平均密度125.88只/笼·天。其中塔克什肯口岸捕获成蝇442只,隶属3属3种,以家蝇为优势蝇种,占蝇类总数的80.77%,蝇数5-6月较高,达到32只/笼·天;吉木乃口岸捕获成蝇4845只,隶属3科9属11种,以丝光绿蝇为优势蝇种,占成蝇总数的78.13%,蝇数9月较高,达到527.5只/笼·天。结论通过调查,基本摸清两个口岸蝇类的种群构成及季节消长等口岸蝇类本底情况,对防制口岸蝇传疾病具有积极的指导作用。Objective This paper tries to know about the flies＇ species composition and seasonal fluctuation at Takeshiken Port and Jimunai port in North Xinjiang, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of the flies and the monitoring of infectious diseases. Methods From May 2012 to September 2012, the lure - box method has been used to investigate the flies at Takeshiken and Jimunai port . The captured flies are brought to the laboratory for identification. Results A total of 5287 flies are captured. The average density is 125.88 per cage per day. At Takeshiken port, the amount of captured adult flies are 442, identified as 3 genera 3 species. The Musca domestica is the dominant specie, accounting for 80.77 % , the fastigium of flies activity is May and June, the average density ss 32 per cage per day. At Jimunai port, the captured adult flies are 4845, identified as 3branches, 9 genera, l 1 species. The Lucilia aericata is the dominant specie, accounting for 78.13%. The fastigium of flies activity is in September, and the average density is 527.5 per cage per day. Conclusion Through the survey, the basic information about the background of the flies at Takeshiken and Jimunai port is known ; and it had positive instructive effects for the prevention and control of related disease at ports .
