摘 要:微藻是一种广泛存在的自养型微生物,同时能够降解水体中的营养物质和积累油脂,光照强度是影响藻类生长的重要条件之一;利用原始市政污水来培养栅藻,通过调节光强的不同,分别研究了栅藻在1 000 lux和3 000 lux光照强度下对污水水质的影响,结果表明:栅藻的藻密度在3 000 lux条件下要高于1 000 lux,其中栅藻在3 000 lux下培养时最大藻密度为268×105个/mL,明显高于其他3组;不同光强下,栅藻在光照为1 000 lux和3 000 lux条件下TN去除率分别为90%和94%;TP去除率分别为98%和99%,高于相应污水组的67%和94%,在一定范围内,光照强度的提高能够促进藻类的生长,提高藻细胞的活性,从而提高栅藻对水体中污染物质的去除率。Micro algae is a kind of widespread autotrophic microbes, and can degrade nutrients and accumulate oil in water and light intensity is one of the important conditions affecting the growth of algae. By using raw municipal wastewater to cultivate Scenedesmus sp., by adjusting the different light intensity, the effect of Scenedesmus sp. on sewage quality is studied respectively under 1 000 lux and 3 000 lux light intensity, the results show that the Scenedesmus sp.density under the condition of 3 000 lux is higher than 1 000 lux, the maximum alga density of Seenedesmus sp. under 3 000 lux when cultivating is 268× 10^5 individual/ml, significantly higher than the other three groups;under different light intensity, under the condition of illumination for 1 000 lux and 3 000 lux TN removal rate was 90% and 94% respectively by Seenedesmus sp., TP removal rate was 98% and 99% respectively, higher than the corresponding sewage treatment group which was 67% and 94%, within a certain range, the light intensity enhancement can promote the growth of algae, enhance the activity of alga cells, thus improve the removal efficiency of pollutants in water by Scenedesmus sp.
