摘　　要：目的：探讨新疆某部入伍新兵的心理健康状况，为部队开展有针对性的心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用军人心理健康调查问卷对4422名入伍新兵的心理健康状况进行测评分析。结果本组1468名（33．2％）新兵可能存在某种心理症状；军人心理健康调查问卷评分排前3位依次为掩饰、神经衰弱、人际关系敏感；可能存在某种心理症状检出率排前3位依次为掩饰（63．5％）、抑郁（21．9％）、神经衰弱（18．3％），因子间的相关系数矩阵表显示掩饰因子与其他8个因子呈显著负相关，其他8个因子间呈显著正相关。结论新疆某部入伍新兵总体心理健康状况较好，但部分新兵可能存在某些心理症状，部队应针对新兵存在的心理问题开展有针对性的心理健康教育，以提高其心理健康水平。Objective To explore the mental health levels of recruits of Xinjiang certain unit in order to provide basis for developing purposeful mental health edu-cation .Methods Assessments were conducted with the Chinese Military Mental Health Scale （CMMHS） among 4422 recruits .Results 33 .2 percent of the recruits had some kind of mental symptom ;the first three score were in turn lie ,neurastheria and interpersonal relation sensitiveness ;the detection rates of first 3 mental symptoms were in turn lie （63 .5% ） ,depression （21 .9% ） and neurasthenia （18 .3% ） ,inter-factor correlation matrix showed that lie was negatively related to other 8 factors significantly ,other 8 fac-tors were positively related significantly .Conclusion Total mental health status of recruits of Xinjiang certain unit is better ,but partial recruits have some mental symptoms possibly ,to them purposeful mental health education should be given in order to improving their mental health level .
