摘　　要：当前新生代农民工素质提升面临传统观念制约、资金短缺、制度障碍、需求与供给脱节等问题。提升新生代农民工素质应注重发挥政府引导作用、营造良好社会制度环境,激励企业重视员工培训工作以及社会组织形成合力共同致力于新生代农民工素质提升。The new generation of migrant workers to enhance the quality of our city is not to be ignored in the process of. To solve this problem, proposed the government to play a guiding role, to create a good social system environment, encourage enterprises to attach importance to staff training and social organizations to jointly committed to the new generation of migrant workers to enhance the quality of solutions.
