摘　　要：目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)对胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP3)表达的影响。方法逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测IGFBP3mRNA的表达,免疫印迹法检测IGFBP3的蛋白表达,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测IGFBP3血清学含量。结果 IGFBP3mRNA和蛋白的表达在HepG2细胞中的表达水平较HepG2.2.15高;乙肝患者IGFBP3血清学水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HBV能够在体内、外抑制IGFBP3的表达。Objective To explore the effect of hepatitis B virus（HBV） on the expression of IGF-binding protein 3（IGFBP3）. Methods mRNA and protein expression of IGFBP3 were measured by RT-PCR and Western blot. The serum levels of IGFBP3 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results Expression of IGFBP3 mRNA and protein were lower in HepG2.2.15 cells than in HepG2 cells. Serum IGFBP3 level reduced a lot in HBV patients （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion HI3V can downregulate the expression of IGFBP3 both in vivo and in votro.
