老年代谢综合征患者血清载脂蛋白C3含量与血脂的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年代谢综合征患者血清中载脂蛋白C3(ApoC3)水平与血脂的相关性。方法用ELISA法分别测定72例老年代谢综合征患者和75例健康老年对照者血清ApoC3含量,同时用全自动生化分析仪测定三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)。并分析血清ApoC3与TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C、FBG的相关性。结果与对照组相比,老年代谢综合征组TG、TC、LDL-C含量和FBG明显升高,HDL-C含量明显降低,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。血清ApoC3水平和血清TC、TG和HDL-C呈正相关(r分别为0.983、0.998、0.723,P<0.05);血清ApoC3水平和LDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.589,P<0.05);血清ApoC3水平和FBG无明显相关性(r=0.152,P>0.05)。结论老年代谢综合征患者血清ApoC3含量升高,且与血清TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C有明显的相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between serum ApoC3 and blood lipoids in elderly patients with metabolic syn- drome. Methods The levels of serum ApoC3 in 72 cases of elderly patients with metabolic syndrome and 75 cases of elder healthy people were detected by ELISA. The levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C,and FPG were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. The correlations of ApoC3 and TG,TC, LDL-C, H DL-C,FPG were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and FBG increased significantly in the elderly metabolic syndrome group, and HDL-C level decreased. And the differences were significant（P〈0.05）. It showed that ApoC3 was positively correlated with serum TC, TG, and HDL-C, and the correlation coefficients were 0. 983,0. 998,0. 723（P〈0.05） ,respectively. And there was a negative correlation between serum levels of ApoC3 and LDL-C（r= - 0. 589,P〈0.05）. There was no significant correlation between ApoC3 and FBG（r=0. 152,P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The level of serum ApoC3 of elderly patients with metabolic syndrome increased significantly,and it correlated with serum levels of TC,TG, HDL-C and LDL-C.
