摘　　要：970 1S是我所新近育成的水稻中籼型光敏核不育系。经 1998年人工气候箱鉴定 ,不育起点温度2 3 5℃ ,可育上限温度 2 8℃ ,在 14 5h 2 3 5℃、 12 5h 2 8℃条件下 ,其不育性和可繁性与对照农垦 5 8S相当。短日结实性好 ,在宜昌地区秋播能正常繁殖种子 ,自交结实率达 45 %左右 ,与对照N5 0 88S产量相当 ,公顷产量可达 32 5 0kg以上。经 1997～ 1999年大群体自然条件下育性鉴定 ,不育株率 10 0 % ,花粉不育度10 0 % ,套袋自交不实率 99 5 4%以上。该不育系中抗白叶枯病和稻瘟病 ,品质达部颁二级优质米标准 ,配合力好 ,所配组合 970 1S/ 72 5、 970 1S/ 419产量比对照汕优 6 3增产 10 44 %～ 15 8%。Indica PGMS line 9701S is a new sterile line, which was developed by our institute. The test result from artificial pneumothorax indicated that the critical sterility temperature is 23 5℃ under long day condition and the critical fertile temperature is 28℃ under condition of 14 5h 23 5℃ and 12 5h 28℃ Its sterility and reproduction ability is similar to the check variety NK58S. Its selfing seedsetting rate was 45% and the yield reached 3250 kg/hm 2, similar to NK58S. Test result showed that its sterile plant rate was 100% in big group under natural condition, pollen sterility 100% and selfing unseedsetting rate by bag protection was 99 54%, in 1997～1999. It is middle resistance to rice bacterial leaf blight and rice blast. The yield of its combinations 9701S×725 and 9701S×419 were over the check variety Shanyou63 10 4%～15 8% and the quality is good.
