摘　　要：中医药治疗哮喘历史悠久,从病因病机到治疗方法都有深入研究。针对哮喘的反复发作性和难根治性,中医药治疗具有明显优势,且治疗方案丰富,并形成了独特的风格。本文从辨证分型论治、辨证分期论治、名医经验治疗、专方治疗、针灸治疗、辨证食疗、中药治疗支气管哮喘的实验研究等方面综述近10年来中医药防治支气管哮喘的最新研究进展,为哮喘的治疗提供更广阔的思路。Treatment of asthma with traditional Chinese medicine has a long history. It had indepth study from etiology and pathogenesis to treatment methods. For recurrent and difficult to cure, asthma treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages, and rich method, and formed a unique style. This article consists of several parts, such as syndrome differentiation, syndrome differentiation and treatment based on different stages, experience of famous doctor treatment, special treatment, acupuncture treatment, food therapy, experimental study on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma and so on. This article advances in study on prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma with TCM in recent 10 years, provides a broader approach to the treatment of asthma.
