摘 要:国内普遍采用的阴离子反浮选提铁降硅工艺一直需在加温条件下进行,为提高反浮选捕收剂对浮选温度变化的适应能力,长沙矿冶研究院研制了新型耐低温阴离子捕收剂CY-12#,对铁品位为65.77%、SiO2含量为8.61%的弱磁选精矿进行了浮选温度适应性试验。结果表明,要获得相近的选别指标,只需适当调整反浮选药剂用量;采用1粗1精3扫、中矿顺序返回流程,在15℃情况下可获得铁品位为69.86%、铁回收率为98.62%、SiO2含量为2.87%的反浮选精矿,与30℃情况下的精矿相比,铁品位仅下降0.27个百分点,但铁回收率提高了0.44个百分点。The anionic reverse flotation for iron increase and silicon reduction widely adopted by the domestic always needs heating. In order to improve the adaptability of reverse flotation collectors to the temperature changes, a new low tem- perature resisting anionic collector CY-12# was developed by CRIMM ,which was used to carry out the temperature adapta- bility tests of flotation for low intensity magnetic concentrate with iron content of 65.77% , SiO2 content of 8.61%. The results showed that in order to get the similar separation index, the only thing is adjusting the reverse flotation reagent dosage appropriately. By adopting the process of one-roughing, one-cleaning and three-scavenging and middles back to the flow-sheet in order, reverse flotation concentrate with Fe grade of 69. 86%, Fe recovery of 98.62% and SiO2 content of 2. 87% was obtained at the temperature of 15℃. Compared with that at 30℃ ,Fe grade decreased by 0. 27 percentage point,but its recovery rate increased by 0. 44 percentage point.
