摘 要:目的:建立高效率诱导甘蔗优质愈伤组织的技术。方法:以甘蔗幼叶作外植体,MS为基本培养基,分别添加不同浓度的新型诱导剂LFS与传统的诱导剂2,4-D进行对比研究。结果:LFS 0.05~1.00 mg/L均能高效优质地诱导愈伤组织,其适宜浓度为0.20 mg/L,培养20 d,无需更换新鲜培养基,出愈率达98%,褐化、板结轻微,转绿率达16.8%,效果显著优于2,4-D。结论:LFS可以比2,4-D更高效优质地诱导甘蔗愈伤组织,并显著简化生产程序。Objective:To establish the technology for inducing efficiently the sugarcane callus with high quality. Methods: Take young leaf cuts of sugarcane as explants, and MS as basic medium added respectively different concentrations of new inductive agent LFS, and with the traditional inductive agent 2,4-D as ek for contrast research. Results: MS + LFS 0.05 - 1.00 mg/L could all induce callus with high efficient and quality. The suitable concentration of LFS was 0.20 mg,/L, cultivated 20 d, callus induction rate reached 98%, browning and hardening slightly,greenish rate reached 16.8%. Such callus was very suitable for organ differentiation in further. Conclusion:LFS is better than 2,4-D to induce efficiently sugarcane callus with high quality and simolifin significantly the oroductive orocess.
