摘  要:蓝桉是我国三大造林树种之一,为进一步了解温度对蓝桉化感作用的影响,分别用5、15、25、35℃的蓝桉枝叶水提液对蓝桉种子进行处理,所用的水提液浓度分别为0.067、0.022、0.007 g/mL,观察水提液对蓝桉种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同温度水提液对蓝桉种子萌发及幼苗生长总体起促进作用,并且随着浓度降低促进作用呈增强趋势,部分测试指标显示,不同温度水提液化感作用之间存在极显著或显著差异,但总体来讲差异较小。Abstract :Eucalyptus globulus is one of China' s three major tree species for forestation. To understand the effect of temperature on allelopathy of Eucalyptus globulus, the Eucalyptus globulus seeds and Raphanus sativa seeds were treated by the 5 ℃, 15 ℃ ,25 ℃ ,35 ℃ water extracts of Eucalyptus globulus branches and leaves, observed the effect on the seed germination and seedling growth. The concentrations of the three solutions were 0.067 g/mL,0. 022 g/mL and 0. 007 g/mL. The results showed that the different temperature of water extract of Eucalyptus globulus Seeds Germination and seedling growth of the overall effect, as the concentration decreased role in enhancing, part of the test indicators showed different temperature water extract significant or extremely significant difference between allelopathy, but generally smaller differences.
