摘 要:通过羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)和聚天冬氨酸(PASP)溶液共混,CaCl2、乙二醛作双交联剂,合成了离子-共价交联pH敏感CMCS/PASP水凝胶。用红外光谱、扫描电镜分析了水凝胶的结构和形貌。研究了复合凝胶的溶胀性和pH响应性。结果表明,在磷酸缓冲溶液(PBS)中溶胀行为为非Fickian扩散,在NaCl中的溶胀行为为Fickian扩散。随CMCS含量变化,复合凝胶具有不同的pH响应性。CMCS/PASP体积比为4/4,CaCl2/乙二醛浓度为1%/2%时,具有双重pH响应性。pH-responsive CMCS/PASP hydrogel with ionic and covalent cross-linking were synthesized via solution blending of carboxymethyl chitosan (CIVICS) and polyaspartic (PASP),with CaCl2 and glyoxal as double crosslinking a- gent. The structure and morphology of hydrogel was analyzed by FTIR and SEM. The swelling and pH-responsivity of composite gel were studied. The result showed that the swelling behavior was non-Fickian diffusion in phosphate buffer so- lution (PBS),while it was Fickian diffusion in NaCl solution. As CIVICS content was changed, the composite gel had a dif- ferent pH-responsivity. When CMCS/PASP volume ratio was 4/4 and CaC12/glyoxal concentration was 1%/2 %,it had du- al pH-responsity.
