摘 要:PAN基原丝的应力-应变关系对最终的碳纤维的力学性能有重要的影响,但在现有的文献中几乎没有对其规律作深入的理论研究。本研究对不同条件下PAN原丝的应力-应变关系做了考察,并进行归一化处理,应用第四统计力学的群子理论对其进行了深入的研究,理论分析了高温高压牵伸等工艺条件有利于提升PAN原丝力学性能的原因,为制备高强度PAN原丝提供了理论依据。The stress-strain relationship of high strength PAN-based raw fiber exerts an important influence on the final mechanical properties of carbon fiber. However, few in-depth studies on its rules have been reported in the literature. This paper examined the stress-strain relationship of high strength PAN-based raw fiber under different conditions, normal- ized the data,and conducted a further study on its rules by applying the theory of the Fourth Statistics-JRG^s Sub-cluster statistical parameters. This study analyzed theoretically related processes such as drafting in high temperature and pressure helped enhancement of the mechanical properties of PAN-based raw fiber, and provided a theoretical foundation for produ- cing high stress PAN-based raw fiber.
