摘 要:以聚醚砜(PES)为共混材料,采用湿法相转化法制备了PVDF/PES共混平板膜。研究表明,PVDF和PES为部分相容体系,同时添加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与聚乙二醇时膜的性能最佳,优化后的共混条件为:PVDF/PES以18∶2的共混比在铸膜液中占20%(wt,下同),添加剂PEG-400与PVP-K30各占7%,溶剂N,N-二甲基乙酰胺占66%。此时制得的PVDF/PES共混平板膜的接触角为75.04°,水通量为450.4L·m2·h-1,截留率为78.4%。Potyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/Polyether sulfone(PES)blend membrane was prepared by wet phase in- version method, using PES as the blending material. Results showed that PVDF and PES were incompatibility, and the best additive was adding polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) together. The optimized blending condition was that the total eoncentration of PVDF and PES was 20wt% with a PVDF/PES blending ratio 18 : 2, the concentrations of additive PEG-400 and PVP-K30 were both 7wt%, the solvent concentration of dimethylacetamide was 66wt%. Under this condition, the contact angle of the prepared membrane was 75.04%, the water flux was 450.4L . m2 . h-1 and the reten- tion rate was 78. 4%.
