摘  要:为了低成本、高效率处理焦化废水,采用盐水聚合法制备了淀粉接枝型聚丙烯酰胺,以产品接枝率、单体转化率以及特性粘度为指标,对比考察了淀粉预处理前后和不同溶液体系所得合成产品,将制备最优的淀粉接枝型聚丙烯酰胺与国产及法国的聚丙烯酰胺进行了絮凝性能对比。结果表明,在预处理淀粉与盐溶液体系结合下,获得的产品接枝率、转化率、特性粘度均较高,其絮凝性能优于国产及法国的聚丙烯酰胺,当投加量为20mL时,其对焦化废水中悬浮物和CODCr的去除率分别高出12.51%、9.38%和11.16%、12.06%,两者脱除率分别达到98.10%和36.29%。The starclwgraft-polyacrylamide(St-g-PAM) was prepared with a salt solution polymerization technique for low pro- duction cost and high efficiency in coking wastewater treatment. The pretreatment technology of starch and the synthesis method of different solution system were studied through corresponditN purified products, followed the indicators of percentage of graftiug(PG), monomer conversion(MC) and intrinsic viscosity(C). The excellent St-g-PAM was compared with domestic and French PAlM in floccu lation performance The results indicated that the pretreated starch and salt solution system was the best combined process with high PG,MC and(. In coking wastewater flocculation test, the performance of St-g-PAM product exceeded that of domestic corrrnercial PAM and French correnercial PAM. At the dosage of 20mL, the removal percentages of suspended solids(SS) and COD_Cr were 98. 10% and 36. 29%,12. 51% and 9. 38% higher than that of domestic and French PAM for SS, 11. 16% and 12. 06% higher for COD_Cr re- spectively.
