摘  要:对电信行业客户行为标签进行了研究,分析了当前数据及信息系统现状,并结合国内外数据经营基础,重点剖析了数据分散、数据安全性及对外经营模式缺失等问题,提出了数据运营系统的构建方案,以实现数据统一汇聚、统一管控,开拓了对外经营服务局面。同时,以CTNET用户鉴权计费和超人MR项目为研究案例,充分论证了建立数据运营系统的可行性,证实了对提升电信运营商数据价值的重要意义。The tagged data which represents the behaviors of telecommunication customers was studied and the current status of data and information system were analyzed, combined with data management model at home and abroad. The problems of data decentralization, data security and lacking of business model that was specific to internal purpose were dissected. Telecommunication operators need to establish new data management system, thus realized the unified data gathering and provided the service specific to external purpose. Furthermore, CTNET users' authentication/accounting and the project of superman MR was studied, which proved the feasibility of establishing data management system and the significance of promoting data value.
