摘　　要：对CDMA客户感知分析系统的总体架构进行了介绍,通过分析CDMA网络中Abis接口的协议栈,提出了采用分层结构、多线程、模块化设计思想的Abis接口监测方案。重点对解码、合成、统计模块的设计进行了介绍,并通过现网数据的验证,证实了该监测方案的有效性,且系统运行稳定,监测效果良好。The overall framework of CDMA customer perception and analysis system are introduced in this paper. Through analyzing the protocol stack of Abis interface, the Abis interface monitoring program with design concept of stratification structure, multi-thread and modulation is proposed. The design method of decoding, synthesis, and statistical module are introduced in this paper. Through the confirmation of present data, it confirms that the monitoring program is effective, the system is running stable, and monitoring well.
