摘　　要：基于分布式的视频监控系统,结合目前的视频监控技术的发展现状以及满足新一代的视频监控技术的特点,提出了一种基于ffmpeg及Android系统的高效多媒体解码和渲染的方法,在Android移动终端上实现了高清图像的视频监控,同时解决了在监控过程中视音频同步问题。Based on distributed video surveillance systems,combined with the current development status of the video surveillance technology as well as to meet the characteristics of the new generation of video surveillance technology, a system based on ffmpeg and Android efficient multimedia decoding and rendering is proposed to realize a application which can play the high-definition images of video surveillance in Android mobile terminal, while addressing video and audio synchronization problems in the monitoring process.
