摘 要:目的:对小儿和成人坐骨神经进行定位比较,为临床提供资料。方法:用经甲醛固定的成人尸体10具,小儿尸体8具,完整取下臀大肌,暴露坐骨神经,用方格自身比例定位法观察、测量坐骨神经。结果:小儿坐骨神经出孔处距人体后正中线距离为(4.67±0.79)cm,成人坐骨神经出孔处距人体后正中线距离为(8.22±0.87)cm。小儿与成人坐骨神经同身比较,出孔处距人体后正中线/大转子距人体后正中线有差异显著性。结论:小儿坐骨神经出孔处位置比成人更靠近人体后正中线。Objective To compare the locations of the sciatic nerve of children and adults. Methods The sciatic nerve was measured in 10 adult cadavers and 8 children cadavers after taking off gluteus maximus. Results The length from the outlet point of children sciatic nerve to the body mec:ian line was (8.22±0.87)cm, while the length of adult sciatic nerve was (8.22 ± 0.87)era. There was significant difference in the lenght from the outlet point of sciatic nerve to the body median line between child and adult by auto-proportion localization. The outlet point of child sciatic nerve was nearer to the body median line than that of adult sciatic nerve (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The outlet point of child sciatic nerve was nearer to the body median than adult sciatic nerve.
