摘　　要：历经4年,在国内外引起高度关注的北京城乡结合部综合配套改革实验已经告一段落。本文以实地调查为基础,试图通过实证研究的方法,从"农民市民化"的角度分析50个重点村城市化建设实践过程中的经验教训,在反思改革设计存在缺陷的基础上,提出了未来城乡统筹应从关注硬件建设向关注人的全面发展转化、从经济社会协调发展的角度寻求社会管理制度创新等新的思路。Based on field investigation, this paper adopts the positivist approach in analyzing of the urbanization of Beijing＇s 50 key villages in terms of villagers＇ identity transformation. After reflecting on the drawbacks of the reform policies, this paper proposes that in the future, when the issue of the urban-rural integration is discussed, the focus should be diverted from the infrastructure construction to the overall development of the human being, and a new way of social management should be explored in which the economic development and the social development are coordinated.
