国际商贸中心建设与北京免税业发展

摘　　要：建设国际商贸中心是建设世界城市在经济领域的重要体现。北京市免税业的发展对其国际商贸中心的建设具有重要意义。目前,北京市作为我国免税业发展的龙头地区,在经营规模、制度、经营业态等方面都与其建设国际商贸中心的战略目标不相匹配,与世界主要国际商贸中心城市免税业的发展有很大差距,也无法满足急剧增长的入京国际游客消费需求。要改变这一现状,北京市免税业应当实行入境游客旅游购物退税制度,丰富免税业的经营业态,努力培育国产精品。The construction of International Commercial and Trading Center is an important embodiment during the building of World City in economic field. Beijing＇s duty-free industry is significant to its strategic target of being International Commercial and Trading Center. At present, as China＇s leading district, Beijing＇s duty free development does not match the strategic target, especially in the operation scales, systems and forms. It not only has a big gap with the world＇s main International Commercial and Trading Centers, but also can not satisfy the sharply increasing international tourists＇ consumption needs. To change this situation, Beijing should carry out tourism shopping tax-refund systems, enrich the operation forms of duty free industry and cultivate domestic boutique brands.
