摘  要:由粉虱传双生病毒引起的番茄曲叶病。在我国最初仅分布在海南、云南、广东和广西,自2006年上海市和浙江省先后在番茄上发现番茄黄化曲叶病毒(TomatoyellowleaTcurlvirus,TYLCV)以来,该病害蔓延迅速,在多个省份的番茄上暴发成灾。引起番茄曲叶病害的病原较复杂,Abstract: Based on the agro-inoculation method, the resistant levels of 3 tomato varieties, Zheza 502, Zhefen 701 and Zhefen 702, against Papaya leaf curl China virus (PaLCuCNV) , Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYL- CV) , Tomato yellow leaf curl China virus (TYLCCNV), Tomato yellow leaf curl Thailand virus (TYLCTHV) and Tomato leaf curl Taiwan virus (ToLCTWV) were tested in an insect-free greenhouse. The variety Hong- baoshi was set as the susceptible control, and healthy tomatoes were set as negative controls. After inoculation, symptom development was investigated including the initial time of symptom, symptoms, disease incidence and disease index, and PCR was performed to test the rate of infection. Zheza 502 possessed of the best resistance against 5 begomoviruses and followed by Zhefen 701 and Zhefen 702 with a certain resistance. Each tomato variety had different resistant levels against 5 begomoviruses.
