摘  要:为研究利用曝气方式控制完全混合式反应器(CSTR)去除有机物和提高脱氮效率的可行性,本文考察了不同的间歇曝气和连续曝气工况下,CSTR中DO、pH每2 min的微观变化规律,以及对NH+4-N和TN去除效果的影响.探究不同的曝气方式下CSTR运行时微生物代谢和降解能力的短时变化性、总体稳定性以及运行的可行性.结果表明,曝气-停曝时间分别为2—1 h、2—2 h、2—3 h、3—1 h、3—2 h、3—3 h、4—1 h、4—2 h、4—4 h和连续曝气这几种工况下,2—1 h、3—1 h、4—1 h、4—2 h和4—4 h时更有利于硝化细菌的生长和代谢,氨氮去除效果较好,与连续曝气相当,均达到了85%以上,其中4—4 h时效果最好,达到96.41%.连续曝气工况下TN的去除率低于2—1 h、4—1 h、4—2 h和4—4 h工况下的效果,且这4种工况TN去除率稳定并均高于2—2 h、2—3 h、3—1 h、3—2 h和3—3 h工况,其中4—2 h和4—4 h TN去除率最高分别达到68.09%和73.39%.9种间歇曝气连续曝气工况下CSTR中COD去除性能无显著差异,COD去除率为95%以上.To study the use of Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) to remove organic matter and nitrogen removal efficiency, this paper examined the different intermittent aeration and continuous aeration conditions, the CSTR in DO, pH variation of each micro-2mins, as well as NH4+ -N and TN removal effect. It also explores different aeration mode CSTR runtime microbial metabolism and degradation of short-term variability, stability and viability of the overall operation. The results showed that: stopping the exposure time was 2-- 1 h, 2--2 h, 2--3 h, 3--1 h, 3--2 h, 3--3 h, 4--1 h, 4--2 h, 4--4 h, and these types of continuous conditions, 2--1 h, 3--1 h, 4--1 h, 4--2 h and 4---4 h are more conducive to the growth and metabolism of nitrifying bacteria, ammonia removal is better, rather with continuous aeration, of which are up to 85%, 4-- 4 h at best, up to 96.41 percent. TN removal continuous aeration conditions than 2--1 h ,4--1 h,4--2 h and 4---4 h condition effect, and these four conditions TN removal rate and higher than the 2--2 h, 2--3 h, 3-- 1 h,3--2 h and 3--3 h conditions, including 4--2 h and 4----4 h TN removal rate reached 68.09% and 73.39%. Nine kinds of intermittent aeration conditions CSTR continuous aeration of COD removal performance was no significant difference, COD removal rate was 95%.
