摘  要:欧美非处方药消费者研究共分为3类:标签理解力研究、自我选择研究和实际用药研究,非处方药消费者研究对非处方药的标签和说明书制定、判断消费者选用该非处方药进行自我药疗的能力、评价自我药疗的有效性和安全性具有重要作用。本文通过检索PUBMED,收集相关文献,按不同类型的消费者研究选取典型案例,对其特点进行描述和分析,以期为我国非处方药的消费者研究和处方药向非处方药的转换评价提供参考。The consumer studies for nonprescription drugs abroad are divided into three categories: label comprehension study, self-selection study and actual use study, all of which have been reported in the literatures. The consumer studies for nonprescription drugs play an important role in the formulation of non-prescription drug la- beling. We searched PUBMED, collected relevant literatures, selected typical cases according to different types of consumer studies to introduce the cases and study methods on consumer studies for nonprescription drugs abroad so as to provide a reference for the consumer studies of non-prescription drugs and the evaluation on switch from pre- scription drugs to nonprescription drugs in our country.
