摘　　要：谷氨酰胺二肽是谷氨酰胺和其他氨基酸形成的二肽。在断奶仔猪日粮中添加适量的谷氨酰胺二肽能够有效促进肠上皮细胞的增殖分化及受损肠道的修复,增强细胞内抗氧化能力及保护肠细胞免受自由基损伤,维持肠道结构的完整性及增强免疫功能,缓解仔猪断奶应激及提高生长性能。本文综述了谷氨酰胺二肽的代谢机制,生理功能及其对早期断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能、抗氧化机能及激素水平等的影响。Glutamine dipeptide is a bipeptid composed of glutamine and other amino acids.Addition of appropriate amount glutamine dipeptide in the weanling piglets diets can promote the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal ep- ithelial cells,repair the impaired intestinal,increase antioxidant capacity,protect the intestinal cells from free radical damage, maintain the integrity of intestinal structure, enhance the immune function ,relieve stress and improve the growth performance.The metabolism, physiological functions of glutamine dipeptide and its effects on growth performance,immune function, anti-oxidation function and endocrine hormone level of early weanling piglets were reviewed.
