摘 要:为研究六神曲、枳壳等11味中草药组成的复方添加剂对荷包猪生长性能及肉品质的影响,试验采用单因素完全随机设计.将36头体重10kg左右的健康荷包猪随机分为3组。对照组日粮中不添加中草药.两试验组日粮中分另1j添加01%和O.3%中草药。预饲期30d.正式期9个月。,试验结果显示,日粮中添加0.1%~0.3%中草药能显著促进荷包猪日增重,提高瘦肉率,增加肌内脂肪含量(P〈0.05),显著降低料肉比、失水率及背膘厚度(P〈0.05),日粮中添加03%中草药可显著提高眼肌面积.显著改善煮熟猪肉的易咬入度和风味(P〈0.(15)、,由此可见,日粮中添加一定水平的由六神曲、枳壳等11味中草药组成的复方添加剂能提高饲料转化率,促进荷包猪生长,改善猪肉品质和风味。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of adding Massa medicatafermentat,Fructus aurantii and other Chinese herbs on the growth pertormance,pork quality of Hebao pigs.The test was carried out in a completely randomized factorial design.36 healthy Hebao pigs with body weight of 10 kg were assigned to the control group (12 pigs) and two treatment groups (12 pigs each).The pigs of the control group were fed basal diet without Chinese herbs.Pretest was 30 days and final experiment was 9 months.The pigs of two treatment groups were fed the basal diet added 0.1% and 0.3% Chinese herbs,respectively.The results showed that:pig daily gain,lean and the intramuscular fat content were significantly improved by adding 0.1% ~ 0.3% Chinese herbal medicine to the diet of the pigs (P 〈 0.05 ).Feed conversion ratio,water loss rate,backfat thickness were significantly decreased by adding 0.1% - 0.3% Chinese herbal medicine to the diet of the pigs (P 〈 0.05).And eye muscle area,the cooked pork easy degree of bite and flavor were significantly improved by adding 0.3% Chinese herbal medicine to the diet of the pigs (P 〈 0.05).It suggested that the feed conversion ratio,pig growth perpormance,the pork quality and flavor were significantly improved by adding Massa medicata fermentat ,Fructus aurantii and other 11 Chinese herbal medicine to the diet of the Hebao pigs.
