摘　　要：从企业伦理与社会、伦理规制、伦理信息披露、元企业伦理、创新导向的企业伦理、管理伦理原则的冲突体系、中国传统文化与管理伦理7个方面归纳了直面中国实践的管理伦理问题,从管理者的世界观和方法论、企业组织的世界观和方法论、元管理学、企业组织社会学和管理社会学、企业管理发展史、企业管理思想史、中西比较管理哲学、人文管理学、管理哲学体系与中国管理哲学9个方面归纳了直面中国实践的管理哲学问题,以期引起学术界的注意与批评。This paper summarizes ethical issues in practice in China from perspectives of business ethics and society, ethical regulation, ethical information disclosure, meta business ethics, innova- tion-oriented business ethics, management Ethical principle system of conflict, Chinese traditional cul- ture and management ethics. It also summarizes managerial philosophy in practice in China from per- spectives of manager＇s outlook and methodology, outlook and methodology of corporation, meta man- agement, organizational sociology and management sociology, history of enterprise management, en- terprise management history of thinking, comparison philosophy of Chinese and Western manage- ment, humanity management, management philosophy system and post-modern management philoso- phy.
