摘　　要：中国企业管理实践的现实要求我们回归管理基本命题的思考,德鲁克的管理经典著作可以为此提供巨大的帮助:框定问题与复杂问题简单化。这些经典著作中所蕴含的实践管理思想,在于引领管理实践和管理研究回归管理和企业经营的精髓:创造顾客、卓有成效以及创新精神。当中国管理的实践被德鲁克的思想指引的时候,人们会认同比使命更重要的是实践。The management practice of Chinese enterprises put forward the necessity to review the fundamental questions on management, which can draw on Peter F. Drucker＇s classical works on management. These classical works correctly identify the essential issues and simplify and conceptual- ize those complicated fundamental questions. The practical management thoughts elaborated in Druck er＇s classical works lead both practice and research on the way to the essential of management and business （i. e. creating customers, being effective and innovation）, adding great value to Chinese en- terprises. When Drucker＇s thoughts lead Chinese management practice, it would be recognized that it is practice that has more significance than mission.
