摘  要:SOx是垃圾焚烧发电的主要大气污染物之一。要控制SO x的排放量,就必须采取有效的烟气净化技术,如干法烟气净化技术、旋转喷雾半干法、流化床半干法和石灰石-石膏湿法烟气净化技术等。旋转喷雾半干法是有效的烟气净化技术之一,雾化器作为旋转喷雾半干法的关键设备,其雾化效果直接影响到吸收剂的利用率及硫化物的去除率。喷雾液滴粒径大小是衡量雾化器雾化效果的重要指标,是影响尾气中硫化物脱除效果的关键因素。SOX is one of the main air pollutants of garbage incineration and power generation. If we want to control SOx emission quantity, we must adopt the effective flue gas purifying technology, such as drying process of flue gas purifying tech- nology, sub-drying process of whirling spray, sub-drying process of fluidized bed and limestone-gypsum wet process of flue gas purify-ing technology etc., The sub-drying process of whirling spray is one of the effective flue gas purifying technology, the atomizer is the key equipment that is used as sub-drying process of whirling spray, the atomization effect makes a direct impact on the use rate of absorbent and the removal rate of sulfides. The size of atomizing liquid drop granule is an important target in scaling the atom-izing effect of atomizer and is the key factor for the sulfides removal effect of tail gas.
