济生肾气汤联合α-2b干扰素治疗脾肾阳虚型HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察济生肾气汤联合α-2b干扰素治疗脾肾阳虚型HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎(乙肝)的效果。方法 68例脾肾阳虚型HBeAg阳性的慢性乙肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,对照组单用重组人干扰素α-2b注射液500 IU/mL皮下注射,隔日1次;治疗组采用干扰素α-2b注射联合济生肾气汤治疗。2组疗程均为48周。结果治疗组和对照组中医证候积分改善有效率分别为91%和76%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);2组患者治疗后肝功能指标均得到明显改善(P均<0.01);治疗组和对照组表面抗原阴转率分别为12%和9%,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组HBeAg阴转率62%、HBV-DNA阴转率74%,对照组HBeAg阴转率47%、HBV-DNA阴转率59%,2组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05);治疗组总有效率71%,对照组53%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b注射液联合济生肾气汤治疗脾肾阳虚型HBeAg阳性慢性乙肝疗效好。Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of Jisheng Shenqi decoction combined with interferon -c^2b on chronic hepatitis B of Spleen-kidney Yang deficiency. Methods 68 patients with HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B of Spleen- kidney Yang deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 34 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with alpha- 2b interferon 500 IU/mL by subcutaneous injection, once every other day, and the patients in treatment group with alpha- 2b interferon combined with Jisheng Shenqi decoction （2 times/day） , both the treat- ment courses were 12 months. Results The improving effective rates of syndrome scores in treatment group and control group were 91% and 76% respectively, compared with each other, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. The indexes of liver function in both groups were obviously improved after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. HBsAg negative conversion ratio was 12% in treatment group and 9% in control group（P 〉 0.05 ） , there was no significant difference between both groups. The negative conversion ratios of HBeAg and HBV -DNA were 62% and 74% respectively in treatment group, and those in control group were 47% and 59% in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rates of treatment group was 71% , which was significant- ly higher than that of 53% in control group after treatment. Conclusion Jisheng Shenqi decoction combined with alpha -2b in- terferon has a good curative effect on HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B of Spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.
