摘　　要：发展战略性新兴产业是调整产业结构的有效举措,战略性新兴产业已经成为江苏经济转型发展的重要支撑,并形成了自身的特点和优势,但依然面临着企业融资、市场拓展、关键技术突破、人才不足等困难。作者进而提出应对策略:加大政策支持力度、营造产业发展良好环境;集中资源打造优势产业、加强公共服务平台建设、引导企业加强知识产权保护意识、强化商业模式创新和技术创新并重,是促进江苏战略性新兴产业健康快速发展。The development of strategic emerging industries is an effective measure to adjust the industrial structure. Strategic emerging industries have become an important support in the develop- ment of the economic transformation in Jiangsu , and formed its own characteristics and advantages, but still face enterprise financing, market development, the key technical breakthrough, the shortage of talent and other difficulties. This paper suggests that intensifying policy support, creating a good environment of industrial development, pooling resources to create advantage industry, strengthening the construction of public service platform, guiding enterprises to strengthen the awareness of intel- lectual property rights protection, strengthening the business model innovation and technological in- novation, are the effective way to promote the healthy and rapid development of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu.
