摘 要:用硬脂酸表面处理的纳米碳酸钙填充改性低密度聚乙烯,制备交联聚乙烯/纳米碳酸钙复合材料。进行了凝胶含量、形状记忆性能、力学性能和熔融温度的测试。实验结果表明,随纳米碳酸钙含量的增加,复合材料的形状回复率提高,形状回复时间缩短;拉伸强度有一定提高;凝胶含量、形状固定率和断裂伸长率下降。当纳米碳酸钙质量分数为4%,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)质量分数为0.6%时,交联聚乙烯的综合性能达到最佳。The nano-calcium carbonate was surface modified by stearic acid. The low density polyethylene was filled with modified calcium carbonate to prepare crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE)/nanocalcium carbonate(NCC) nanocompostites. The gel content, shape memory properties, mechanical property, and melt temperature were tested. The results showed that shape recovery rate and tensile strength increased, the shape recovery time was shortened, the gel content, shape fixed rate and elongation at break decreased slightly with increasing nano-calcium carbonate in XLPE. When nano-calcium carbonate was 4 wt% , DCP was 0.6 wt% , the overall mechanical properties of XLPE were the best.
