摘　　要：盛唐时期是中华民族历史上最为强盛的时代,在政治、经济、文化等各个领域,均居于当时世界的前列,此时文化发展更显开放多元、繁荣兴盛以及新颖别致的独特品质。研究和借鉴盛唐文化建设的重要经验,挖掘蕴藏在盛唐文化中的丰富内涵及其独特品质,对于我们今天建设西安国际文化大都市仍具有重要的借鉴意义。The Glorious Age of the Tang dynasty is the most prosperous period in the history of the Chinese nation. It was in the forefront of the world in all political, economic, cultural and other fields. The development of culture seemed the special qualities of more opening and multi-elements and the prosperity, as well as novelty in this period. Researching and borrowing important experience from its culture construction, mining rich in content and the special quality with the Tang dynasty culture, it has still important reference for us to construct Xi＇ an international cultural metropolis today.
