海南岛与中国大陆南部地区东方蜜蜂形态特征比较研究

摘　　要：从中国大陆南部的广东省和广西壮族自治区以及海南岛采集了共30群东方蜜蜂,广东广西各采集9群,海南岛采集12群,每群采集15只工蜂。对每只工蜂进行形态特征分析测定,共分析测定了38个指标。将测定得到的形态特征数据进行因素分析、主成分分析和聚类分析,并将广东广西与海南岛的形态数据进行比较和分析。结果表明,海南的东方蜜蜂在体型上比广东和广西的东方蜜蜂要小,体色要比广东广西的浅。另外,这3个省份的东方蜜蜂分成了2个地理种群,海南的为1个地理种群,广东和广西的为另1个地理种群。The morphological characters of Apis cerana of the Hainan Island and mainland of Southern China （Guangdong and Guangxi） was studied using morphological methods.Samples of A.cerana were collected from 30 colonies in the Hainan Island,Guangdong and Guangxi.Thirty-eight standard morphological characters were measured.The data were analyzed by factor analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and compared between Hainan and mainland of Southern China.The results showed that the size of A.cerana in Hainan was small than those in mainland of Southern China.However,the body color of the former was light.In addition,A.cerana of these 3 provinces were divided into two geographical branches,Hainan belonged to a geographical branch,Guangdong and Guangxi belonged to the other geographical branch.
