烟草病害标本制作方法研究

摘　　要：烟草病害标本是教学、科研的直观教具之一。烟草是云南省的支柱产业,但烟草病害标本目前的制作保存方法存在保存时间短、容易变色等问题。为了保持烟草标本的原色及延长保存时间,我们结合化学方法和传统的压制方法对其进行处理。结果表明:对比较幼嫩的叶片用3.5倍Cu2+处理液处理2 min,对中期叶片用3.5倍Cu2+处理液处理3 min,后期叶片用3.5倍Cu2+处理液处理4 min或4倍Cu2+处理液处理2 min后压干保存,制作出的标本能够很好的保存绿色,保存时间长。Tobacco diseases specimen is one of the visual AIDS of teaching and scientific research.Tobacco is the pillar industry of Yunnan Province.But tobacco diseases specimen has these problems,such as short preservation time,easy to change color,etc.In order to keep tobacco specimen＇ natural color and prolong the storage time as well,we combined the chemical and the traditional methods to improve the processing.The results showed that these specimens can be kept good natural green color and save for a long time when young leaf treated by 3.5 times of Cu2＋ processing fluid for 2 minutes before pressure dry preservation,medium-term leaf with 3.5 times of Cu2＋ processing fluid treatment 3 minutes,late leaf with 4 times of Cu2＋ processing fluid for 2 minutes or 3.5 times of Cu2＋ processing fluid for 4 minutes respectively.
