摘 要:为了解短角牛血液理化指标随年龄的变化规律,用自动分析仪法对30头不同年龄阶段的短角牛的49项血液理化指标进行了检测。结果表明,WBC和RBC以犊牛组最高,与成年牛组差异明显,PLT,TP,GLO,GGT,T-CHOL,HDL,LDL等指标随年龄增长而升高,STB,ALB,ALP,GLU,BUN,URIC,TG,AMY等指标随年龄增长而降低,LDL和Grea在犊牛组中最低,在育成牛组中最高,而ALT则正好相反,AST在育成牛组中最低,在成年组中最高,GHB在不同年龄段变化不明显。各项指标的测定结果均未超出正常范围。In order to learn the law of change about blood Physiology and Biochemistry Indexes with age,30 heads of Short horn at different age stage were chosen to detect 49 Blood Physiology and Biochemistry Indexes by Automatic analyzer.The result showed as following:WBC and RBC were the highest in weaners,which was significantly different from that in cows.Some indexes,such as PLT,TP,GLO,GGT,T-CHOL,HDL and LDL were tended to be increased with the age,while most of indexes such as STB,ALB,ALP,GLU,BUN,URIC,TG and AMY were decreased with the age.LDL and Crea were the lowest in weaners and the highest in heifers,but ALT was indicated to be on the contrary.AST was the lowest in heifers and the highest in cows and GHB had no obvious regularity at the stage of deferent ages.All the indexes were within the normal range.
