7种海洋微藻叶绿素荧光对N、P限制的响应

摘　　要：以中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)、旋链角毛藻(Chaetoceros curvisetus)、微小原甲藻(Prorocentrum minimum)、裸甲藻(Gymnodinium sp.)、盐生杜氏藻(Dunaliella salina)、球等鞭金藻3011(Isochrysis galbana)、隐藻1533(Rhodomonas sp.)为研究对象,分别在缺少氮(N)、磷(P)的条件下培养数天,然后向培养介质中添加充足的NO3-和PO34-,观察光系统Ⅱ的最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)在整个过程中的变化情况。结果表明,7种海洋微藻在缺N或P的条件下培养数天,Fv/Fm均显著下降。随着限制性营养盐的重新添加,与对照组相比,各微藻的Fv/Fm在24 h之内均明显升高(P<0.05),18 h～72 h之内恢复到营养盐充足时的水平;而添加其他非限制性营养盐,Fv/Fm在整个测定过程中与对照组相比没有明显差异(P>0.05)。不同微藻,Fv/Fm的最大值不同,且受N、P限制后Fv/Fm降低的快慢不同,其中微小原甲藻、裸甲藻两种甲藻相对较慢。根据营养盐添加后Fv/Fm的变化情况来判断青岛近海海域的营养盐限制情况,发现2009年4月青岛近海观测区域浮游植物的生长受到P的限制。The effects of nitrogen（N） and phosphorus（P） starvation and resupply on the maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem Ⅱ（Fv/Fm） were examined in seven species of marine unicellular algae（Skeletonema costatum,Chaetoceros curvisetus,Prorocentrum minimum,Gymnodinium sp.,Dunaliella salina,Isochrysis galbana and Rhodomonas sp.）.In all species examined,Fv/Fm declined markedly under nitrate and phosphate starvation and recoverd completely within 18 h^72 h of resupply of the limiting nutrient.After 24 h,the resupply of the limiting nutrient significantly was increased Fv/Fm of all species above the control treatment（P0.05）,while addition of non-limiting nutrient did not change Fv/Fm relative to the control treatment（P0.05）.The different species were observed in the maximal values of Fv/Fm and the responses of Fv/Fm to N or P limitation.The decline of Fv/Fm was less pronounced in Prorocentrum minimum and Gymnodinium sp.than in the other microalgae.Fv/Fm coupled with the nutrient enrichment experiment was used to determine the nutrient limitation in the coastal area of Qingdao in Apr.2009.The apparent P limitation was detected in the study region.
