1997~2010年广东沿岸牡蛎体Cr时空变化及健康风险评价

摘  要:通过1997~2010年对广东沿岸17个采样点牡蛎体内Cr含量进行连续的监测工作,分析了粤东、珠江口和粤西沿岸海域牡蛎体内Cr的时空分布特征,应用单因子指数法和HQ风险系数评价了牡蛎体Cr含量的健康风险。结果表明,广东沿海牡蛎样品中Cr的未检出率为17.5%,Cr的浓度范围为ND~1.27×10-6,总体平均值为0.23×10-6,从总体看其出现频率呈明显的偏正态分布(P<0.05)。1997~2006年期间,牡蛎体内Cr的年际变化呈现逐渐降低的趋势,从2006年后略微上升;其空间分布特征表现为珠江口>粤东>粤西。单因子指数和非致癌性风险指数评价结果均小于1,表明广东沿岸牡蛎未受到Cr污染,食用不会对人体具有致癌性风险。The oysters were collected from 17 stations along Guangdong coastal waters between 1997 and 2010,chromium(Cr) in oysters were analyzed by AAS.Also the single factor index and hazard quotient(HQ) were used for the assessment of health risk of oysters to human.The results showed that 17.5 percent of the oysters were not detectable.The concentrations ranged from no detectable(ND) to 1.27×10-6 with an overall average of 0.23×10-6.From an overall view,the Cr concentrations in the oysters showed a skewed normal distribution(P0.05).The temporal distribution of Cr concentrations in the oysters reduced gradually from 1997 to 2006,and reached to be a stable situation from 2006.The spatial distribution of Cr concentrations in the oysters was in the following order:the Pearl River estuary east Guangdong coastal waters west Guangdong coastal waters.The single factor index and HQ in the oysters collected from Guangdong coastal waters were fast below 1.0 according to China standard and HongKong standard,which showed not possible risk in the consumed oysters.
