摘 要:了解C/N对硝化性能的影响规律对循环养殖系统中生物滤器的设计和操作有重要意义,为此本文通过实验室内模拟试验对火山岩、生物滤球、珊瑚石+爆炸棉三组滤料在模拟海水养殖废水中的挂膜情况做了比较,挂膜成熟后对初始氨氮浓度为2.5 mg/L和5.0 mg/L下各滤料在C/N为0,0.5,1,2,5时模拟海水养殖废水处理效果进行分析,并拟合出氨氮降解的动力学方程。结果表明:珊瑚石+爆炸棉和火山岩滤料的挂膜成熟时间明显短于生物滤球;同一初始氨氮浓度下滤料硝化速率均随C/N比的增大而增大,在C/N为5时,各组滤料有最大的硝化速率,且珊瑚石+爆炸棉>火山岩>生物滤球;相同C/N下,各组滤料在初始氨氮浓度为2.5 mg/L时比初始氨氮浓度为5.0 mg/L时的硝化速率高。同一初始氨氮浓度下,亚硝氮的积累程度随C/N的增大均呈降低趋势;在相同C/N下,亚硝氮的积累程度均随初始氨氮浓度的增大也增大。实验结果可为生物滤器在实践中的工程应用提供参考。The effect of C/N ratio on nitrification plays an important role in the design and operation of bio-filter in re-circulating system treatment.In this paper,the situation of bio-film on the three stuffs of Corallite + the explosion cotton and Volcanic and Bio-filter balls in the treatment of simulated mari-culture wastewater were compared in the laboratory simulation test.After the bio-film maturation,each stuff under five different C/N(0,0.5,1,2,5) of the simulated mari-culture wastewater was tested and fitting out of the degradation kinetic equation of ammonia nitrogen.The results show that bio-film maturation time of corallite + the explosion cotton and volcanic filter was significantly shorter than the bio-filter balls.Under the same initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen,with the C/N increase,nitrification rate is increased.When C/N ratio is 5,each group filter has a maximum rate of nitrification,Corallite + the explosion cotton VolcanicBio-filter balls.The nitrification rate of each group of filter at the initial ammonia nitrogen concentration of 2.5 mg/L is faster than ammonia nitrogen concentration of 5.0 mg/L.Under the same initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen,with the increase of C/N,the accumulation of nitrite is decreased.Under the same C/N,with the initial ammonia nitrogen concentration increase,the accumulation of nitrite is increased.The results can provide the useful information for the engineering applications of the biological filter.
