摘 要:2008~2010年,在桑沟湾贝类养殖区设置3个采样点,分别于每年的5月、8月和11月,采集菲律宾蛤仔(杂色蛤)、长牡蛎、栉孔扇贝三种贝类样品。采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测贝体内多氯联苯(PCBs)残留量,并对其产品质量安全进行评价。结果表明,桑沟湾养殖区贝体内PCBs含量范围为:ND~9.89×10-9,PCBs检出率为:91.1%。评价指数最高为0.005。长牡蛎体内PCBs含量高于其他两种贝。采集的所有贝体内PCBs残留量均远低于《农产品安全质量无公害水产品安全要求》,全部符合《无公害食品蛤》的要求。The shellfish samples were collected from 3 stations in the coastal cultivating areas of Sanggou Bay during 2008~2010.The shellfish samples were analyzed by GC with electron capture detector(GC-ECD)for PCBs.The results showed that the concentrations of PCBs in the shellfish were from not detected to 9.89×10-9(wet),the detected ratio of PCBs from each sampling locations was 91.1%.The maximum value of the assessment indices was 0.005.The levels of PCBs in Oyster were higher than other shellfish samples.The PCBs residues in shellfish in Sanggou Bay during 2008~2010 were all of very low levels,not exceeding assessment standard.The safety of shellfish was not affected by PCBs.
