摘  要:稳定同位素组成分析常被应用于海洋食物网的研究。但是,样品的前处理方法不同将直接影响稳定同位素组成的分析结果。本研究确认了不同前处理方法对海洋食物网样品C、N稳定同位素组成分析结果的影响。结果显示,N稳定同位素分析样品不需要进行酸化处理;C同位素分析样品中藻类、腔肠动物、贝类和鱼类酸化后δ13C无明显变化,不需要进行酸化处理;沉积物(SOM)、悬浮颗粒有机物(SPOM)、浮游动植物和甲壳动物酸化后δ13C值减小,分析前必需进行酸化处理;样品酸化前需进行蒸馏水冲洗,而酸化后不需要进行水洗处理。The stable isotope techniques are commonly used in the study of marine food webs.However,different sample processing methods can influence the measurement of these stable isotope ratios.We determined carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios of marine food webs through the different pretreatment method.The results showed that freeze-drying is a common method used for the removal of water from biologic samples;Samples should not be acidified for nitrogen isotope analysis.Moreover,acidification for carbon would not be necessary in seaweeds,coelenterate,shellfish and fish muscle,since no effects have been observed in the samples.Acidification is needed for carbon stable isotope analysis in samples of SOM(filtered and non-filtered),SPOM,plankton and crustaceans,since acidification causes decrease in the δ13C values;Samples should be washing before acidification,while should not be after acidification.
