摘  要:目的观察寒热因素共同作用造成大鼠寒热一体后的量化指标。方法将SD大鼠16只随机分为正常组与模型组各8只,模型组长时间采用丙硫氧嘧啶和寒凉中药灌胃,加上冰柜中冷冻的多因素复合造模法,制作虚寒证模型,在此基础上,皮下注射干酵母混悬液致大鼠发热,造成约40 h左右的"寒热并见"动物模型。结果与正常组比较模型组大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量均明显低于正常组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 3种指标对通过本实验所采用的方法造成的寒热一体大鼠具有一定的指示作用。Objective: To approach the quantifying indexes of rats with cold and heat in complexity after cold and heat processes. Methods: Deficiency-cold models were developed by long term of application of intragastric administration of propyhhiouracil and cold Chinese medicinal,and then were freezed in fridge. Then the models were given subcutaneous injections of saccharomyces siccum to get rats with cold and heat in complexity. Re- suits: Compared with the normal group,rats in model group had obvious lower levels of NO,MDA and SOD (P〈 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: These three quantifying indexes can be evaluating indicators of rats with cold and heat in complexity caused by the mentioned methods.
