电针腰突四穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针腰突四穴为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为腰突四穴组、大肠俞关元俞组、环跳委中组,3组均采用电针治疗,10次为1疗程,1疗程结束后3组均进行疗效分析及半年后随访分析。结果腰突四穴组治愈率和总有效率分别为55.00%和95.00%;大肠俞关元俞组治愈率和总有效率分别为25.00%和80.00%,环跳委中组治愈率和总有效率分别为22.50%和80.00%。腰突四穴组明显高于其他两组(P<0.01);大肠俞关元俞组、环跳委中组两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。半年后随访,腰突四穴组的远期疗效明显高于其他两组(P<0.01)。结论电针腰突四穴是治疗腰椎间盘突出症一种比较有效的配穴方法。Objective： To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture into the four acupoints for treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group ,four colon acu- points Guanyuan point group,and the loop jump Wei Group,three groups were treated with acupuncture treat- ment, ten times for a course of treatment, a course of treatment after the end of the three groups were analyzed the effects of six months follow-up and analysis. Results： the four points group＇s cure rate and total effective rate were 55.0% and 95.0% ;Colorectal acupoints and Guanyuan point group＇s cure rate and total effective rate were 25.0% and 80.0%, Huantiao and weizhong group＇s cure rate and total effective rate were 22.5% and 80.0%. Into the four points group and colon acupoints and Guanyuan point group,were statistically significant Huantiao Com- mission in the difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）;Coloreetal aeupoints and Guanyuan point group, Huantiao weizhong group were not significant（P〉 0.05 ）. Long-term effect of the four points group was significant- ly different compared with statistical significance （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： electroaeupuncture four points in treat- ing lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is an effective acupuncture method.
